Some of the job duties and responsibilities this position may perform include: data entry, receive invoices, preparing payment vouchers, stamps invoices with accounts payable stamp, places account code information on invoices, updates vendor accounts, post bills/invoices to accounts payable ledger, obtain approval on bill payment, pay bills, write checks, reports input errors to a/p accountant. They also monitor subledger accounts for accuracy with general ledger a/p accounts.
