Entry level finance positions are expected to work on special projects as needed, assist management as needed, prepare journal entries to update and maintain accounts, keep abreast of industry changes, analyze transactions and the effects on management policies, and assist in the month end process - among other duties. Some of the entry level finance jobs available to candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance include: Credit Analyst, Stock Analyst, Banking Analyst, Ratings Analyst, Debt Analyst, Investment Analyst, Pension Plan Analyst, Retirement Plan Analyst, and Tax Analyst. All of these positions will be under the supervision of Department manager (usual reporting cycle).
